Manufacturing
Each types of metal sheet shaping moulds, assembling apparatus and control Fixtures have been producing by CAD/CAM programmes support and 3 axises CNC Fraise, as well as the help of conventional moulding, in our manufacturing department.
Assembly
Data coming from design and CAM, according to technical drawing and planning, prior to progressive metal form, our expert staff completes the mould by producing metal form components within the necessary tolerancy and measurements. Test production of present metal form has been dispatched, according to the customers demand, after quality controls and process sufficiency completed.
Try Out And Press Line
After dies assembly and pre-testing; die and part compatibility are checked on special production trial presses and tryout process done according to technical specifications within the tolerances required by our experienced and expert staff. All tryout processes are applied to the die 3D data as much as possible. In this way if the steel is damaged, broken parts can be processed in CNC’s and assembled without requiring a tryout process. Die can resume production.
